Downing West was founded by Quantavious Ealy. It began when he decided to start a vacation rental amid the Covid-19 outbreak. Through trial and error, Quantavious learned to perfect his visits and developed cleaning systems that earned his stellar reviews. He made acquaintances who were also vacation rental hosts through his journey, but there was always this common dilemma that he would always encounter. The issue was finding reliable housekeeping. So, Quantavious started offering to clean fellow vacation rental host units, and that's how Downing West LLC started.
